With the normal control box that is installed at every job, the lights will only be controlled from the app whenever you are connected the control box WIFI. The lights run off a RGB color scheme and have a color palate to choose from as well as preset colors and cycles to use. If you want the lights to be stationary you can choose stationary. If you want the lights to move, trail, or dance, you can choose that setting as well. The possibilities are endless.

No, unfortunately, Utah Permalighting is permanent. The track and lights are custom fit and cut to your home and would be too much of a hassle to remove and meet the criteria on your new home.
